Privacy policy
Draft of 5 October 2026
Who we are
Kvadrat.G is a real-estate listing website for Armenia. [Company name, address and contact email to be added by the client.]
What we collect
When you create an account: your name, email address, preferred language, and the time you accepted this policy. If you log in with Google: the name and verified email Google shares with us.
When you use the site: the listings you save as Likes (on your device, and in your account if you have one) and basic technical logs needed to run and secure the site. We do not store your IP address with phone-number reveals. If the site's bot check on the Call button is switched on, Cloudflare Turnstile checks your browser when you tap Call (it processes your IP address and browser details to tell people from programs) and the check loads only then.
Why
To let you log in, keep your Likes on all your devices, send you account and security emails, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing email.
Who processes it
Our hosting and email providers process data on our behalf: DigitalOcean (hosting, Frankfurt), Resend (email), Google (only if you choose Google log-in).
How long we keep it
Until you delete your account. When you ask to delete it, we keep it for 14 more days in case you change your mind (you can keep it by logging in during that time), then delete it for good. Accounts that never confirm their email are deleted after 72 hours.
Your rights
You can view and change your details in Account, and ask to delete your account there at any time; it is deleted 14 days later (log in before then to keep it), and your Likes and log-in data are deleted with it. To ask anything else, write to [contact email].
